jinumon TSoYP is a definite departure from BtT, tonally, instrumentally, and stylistically, but that isn't a bad thing. In fact, TSoYP more consistently hits the highs found on BtT, albeit with a subtler, more synth-heavy tone. MM strays further away from relationships and toward a wider range of subjects this time, but with no less skill or painstaking care. It is good to hear an artist so willing to evolve and progress so early is his career, and I look forward to seeing where he takes us next.
9/10 Favorite track: Heartsick.
